Privacy Policy
Personal privacy is extremely important to Uniquely Organic and all information submitted is kept completely confidential. We do not store financial details and do not pass on any personal information to third parties.

Delivery Policy
Once a purchase has been made through the Uniquely Organic website we will post your order within 3 working days. All delivery charges are included in the displayed price unless you require a specific delivery service or are outside the UK.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Treatments ~ We require 24hrs notice for any cancellations. If you have paid by card and do not give 24hrs notice then you will be charged the full treatment amount.

Online purchases ~ If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us directly within 28 days of purchase to organise a full refund or exchange. The items will need to be returned in good condition with details regarding why the goods were unsatisfactory and customers contact details.
